Simulation of the temperature fluctuations of cosmic microwave background (CMB). CMB is the oldest picture of the universe that can be taken by light, which is about 400,000 years after the big bang. The tiny temperature fluctuations at the 0.001% level are seeds of stars and galaxies where we reside.
