The Andromeda Galaxy (M31) taken by Hyper Suprime Cam (HSC)
The Andromeda Galaxy (M31) taken by a newly developed wide-field camera called Hyper Suprime Cam (HSC) which is mounted at the prime focus of the Subaru Telescope. To investiaget the nature of dark energy, the source of cosmic accerelation, HSC started a wide and deep optical survey at 2014.
